Description:
1. This series machine integrates washing, filling and capping into
one unit, it can be used for PET bottle juice hot-filling
production line of different kinds of fruit juice, tea, etc.
2. The machine whole process is automatic, The advanced OMRON
programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to
run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering
chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the
main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward more
steadily and reliably.
3. The machine is an idea preferred equipment for juice beverage
makers because it is convenient to operate with higher automation
while every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo
electricity.
4. This series machine optional capacity can be from 1000 BPH to
8000 BPH.

Filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the
thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling method is gravity filling.
4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
5). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling
quantity is accurate.
6). The valve does not move, filling process bottleneck holds the
bottleneck, by lifting mechanism under the effect of CAM down and
up.
7). The cylinder liquid level control method is controlled by the
floating ball.
8). Filling machine motivation by the rack drive system through
gear transmission.
