Introduction:
HG SB-1 5 gallon washing bottles machine series Auto Inter &
External Washing Machine is a newly practical product researched
and developed according to the customers. It consists of the inter
and external washing function with low investment, simple
structure, good brushing effect, high working efficiency, small
size, which is essential for the recycling inter & external washing
of 5 gallon bottle. It is widely used in a number of water plant.
The working procedure of device is from bottle entering, bottle
checking, inter and external washing, bottle out. It is controlled
and completed by PLC through precise orientation with little
manpower and low working intensity. In order to make the
performance of the device more stable, the electricity components
are selected imported series.
There are various of different length and thickness brushes
installed around and top to bottom at the washing work position.
Brush motor starts rotating brush with a high-speed. At the same
time, water pump gets the clean water. Because of high speed and
reverse rotating of the brush motor, the original vertical brush
was open by centrifugal action to achieve a better effect.
Water tank equips a ball valve, can add water automatically; also
equips with water pressure regulating valve, customers can adjust
the pressure practically. There is a water level switch as well,
the machine will stop working when lack of water.

port. for every export machine we buy insurance for it . if machine
lost or broken during sea freight . we take responsible for it .

charge send to you , if after change broken part machine can not
