1. The Carbonated Water / Gasified Water Filling Machine is mainly
used in production gas containing water of PET polyester
bottle-packing carbonated beverage, such as Coca-cola, Pepsi,spirit
drink,etc.
2. The Carbonated Water / Gasified Water Filling Machine carries
out washing bottle, filling and capping on one machine.The whole
machine design is reasonable. The apperance is beautiful and the
maintenance is convenient. The automatic carbonated water filling
machine adopts bottle handing technology to make changing bottle
more convenient,faster and easier. The main machine adopts advanced
PLC control,touch screen and no-bottle,no cap system. The key

Washing part
1. All 304 stainless steel rinser heads, water spray style inject
design, more save water consumption & more clean
2. 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal
bottle crash during washing

4. Rinse the empty plastic bottle
Filling part
1. The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless
steel contact parts gives consistent accurate,high precision
filling nozzle together with vacuum pump regurgitant system, to
ensure the high filling precision,ensure same filling level
2. Filling temperature is ajustable.
3. Centre 304L stainless steel filling nozzle used which are
designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle.
