These series model vodka filling machine work harmoniously with chain plate conveyor belt.

It especially design to fill vodka into glass bottle, the process chart is below:

Bottle running on the conveyor belt ---filling vodka into the glass bottle ----capping the filled bottles with aluminum caps.

Features:

1 All electrical control is in accordance with international standards, the main components are imported components, frequency control, and the running speed is continuously adjustable.

2. Special anti-drip filling head, better anti-drip effect and accurate loading.

3. no bottle no filling, no spray nozzles , no bottle no capping and no bottle shutdown.

4. The filling head is deep into the bottle at 2/3, while rising and filling, to prevent liquid impact bubble.

5.Torque adjustable magnetic torque type capping manipulator, non-contact clutch, no loss, manipulator screw cap, cap automatic correction, capping effect is obviously better than conventional

6 .overload protection and alarm prompt function, more safe and reliable.

7. The whole system is controlled by PLC. The color touch screen make the operation simpler.

8. The most part of the machine is made from SS304. For special material which is able to reach the GMP standard.

9. The filling & capping machine can use a dust cover to make it more sanitary .
